We have been running the highly successful Beat the Bulge 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge for the last 4 years.

It involves 3 classes a week, support from Joanne Gribbin from Lifeforce Nutrition throughout, recipe book and meal ideas and tips. We have weekly weigh-ins and complete food diaries which are handed in at the start of the week. Classes vary and are different every time, this keeps up your motivation and your body challenge as it is always adapting and never repetitive mundane workouts.

80% of people signing up for this course are doing so for weight loss, the remainder are to tone up and increase their fitness. A high number who start have never done any fitness before or in a long time, as long as the individual is trying and giving 100% we are happy. The day before classes start we do a nutrition presentation and our initial weigh-in and measurements.

At the end of the course we have a presentation and prize giving, this is something for everyone to look forward to and celebrate there results.
