We have been running the highly successful Beat the Bulge 8 Week Fat Loss Challenge for the last 10 years.

It involves 3 classes a week, support and advice from Joanne Gribbin from Lifeforce Nutrition throughout, recipe book and meal ideas. We have weekly weigh-ins which are optional. Classes vary and increase in intensity over the 8 weeks, this keeps you motivated and helps you progress.

The majority of people signing up for this course are doing so for fat loss, the remainder are to tone up, increase their fitness or for their mental health. A high number who start have never done any fitness before or anything in a long time, as long as the individual is trying and giving 100%, we are happy.

We have limited numbers in the classes and spaces fill up very fast, please contact us to find out when registration for the next round is.
