Elite
- This Block is designed as a progression from Beat the Bulge.
- The Class involves more weightlifting and has more advanced exercises.
- A good fitness level is required for this Block.
- This block focuses heavily on strength, toning up and increasing Cardio.
- 1 Compulsory class on a Tuesday and 2 other classes are picked from the timetable for 8 weeks.
Fit Club
- This Block is designed for people who take their training seriously.
- For people who are already at an advanced level of fitness.
- For People who want to increase their overall strength and fitness, and push themselves to their limits.
- 1 Compulsory class on a Saturday Morning and 2 others are picked from the timetable for 8 weeks.


Strength & Conditioning
- This block is focused on providing structured training to improve their speed, agility, endurance and core stability.
- A good fitness level is required for this Block.
- Classes have a focus on big lifts and accessory work.
- 3 Classes per week for 8 weeks.
Weights
- This block is designed for people who want to learn and progress lifting weights effectively with good technique.
- Full Body workouts that have a focus on big lifts and accessory work.
- A good class if you wish to build muscle and strength, tone up and reduce body fat %.
- 1 class a week for 8 weeks.


Over 55’S
- This block is focused on providing a variety of classes involving low impact training.
- Promotes strength and fitness.
- 2 classes per week for 8 weeks.
Kickstart Transformation
- This block is designed for total beginners or someone who hasn’t trained in a long time.
- A great opportunity to become the best version of yourself and kickstart your fitness journey.
- Guaranteed results and progression if you fully commit to the programme.
- Recipe Book and Meal Plan.
- Nutrition advice and support from our onsite Nutritionist Joanne Gribbin.
- 3 Classes per week for 12 weeks.


Couch to 5k
- This Block focuses on providing beginners with structured training to increase physical fitness and endurance to run a 5km.
- Caters for all levels.
- One Session per week for 6 weeks.
