Elite

  • The Class involves more weightlifting and has more advanced exercises.
  • A good fitness level is required for this Block.
  • This block focuses heavily on strength, toning up and increasing Cardio.
  • 1 Compulsory class on a Tuesday and 2 other classes are picked from the timetable for 8 weeks.

  • This Block is designed for people who take their training seriously.
  • For people who are already at an advanced level of fitness.
  • For People who want to increase their overall strength and fitness, and push themselves to their limits.
  • 1 Compulsory class on a Saturday Morning and 2 others are picked from the timetable for 8 weeks.

  • Classes have a focus on big lifts and accessory work.
