BLOCK 2: Diversify & Engage
Welcome to our online home fitness training course which is the home of 121 Fitness online training workouts, videos, meal plans, recipes, and support from a qualified Trainers and our Lifeforce Nutrition.
Your journey online with us will continue with our second two week Block – Diversify & Engage. Use any equipment you may have eg Dumbbells or Kettlebells for any lower body exercises if required, you will have new meal plans, and food diary optional to keep you on track.
Once you complete Block 2 the next one will be unlocked to provide progression and variety to your workouts and meal plans.
