BLOCK 2: Diversify & Engage

Welcome to our online home fitness training course which is the home of 121 Fitness online training workouts, videos, meal plans, recipes, forum and lots of support from a qualified Trainer and our Nutritionist.

Your journey online with us will will continue with the second two week Block – Diversify & Engage. Use any equipment you may have eg Dumbbells or Kettlebells for any lower body exercises if required, you will have new meal plans, weekly weigh-in and food diaries and optional fitness challenges to keep you on track.

Once you complete Block 2 the next one will be unlocked to provide progression and variety to your workouts and meal plans.
