Block 4  – Intensify & Goal Line

In the last block of the HomeFit series we mix it up again by increasing the intensity and use the environment again within our home. With the goal line in sight we push on and give it everything we have to complete the final week of challenging workouts.

All workout sessions are as hard as we make them so don't cut corners and lift the appropriate weight with using equipment!
