Welcome to block 3, this week I incorporate more advanced exercises and again raise the bar with the workout intensity.
Remember we need to push and give 100% to get results, however every exercise can be modified so still work within your current capabilities as we do need to push outside our comfort zone but not compensate on technique.
Over this block we need to retest so we can monitor our performance and gauge results, these are only for yourself and compared to yourself that’s where the only competition lies.
