Hey Rebecca, i get what your saying there, we will be adding in full workout videos which have been planned. The first week i have called base and the main goal is to familiarize yourself with the exercises and learn the technique as you will. I know some people are printing out PDF viewing first part of workout and completing that then taking there rest while they look over next part and so on. If your unable you go of time you can substitute with reps of 12 instead.
