Warmup

Elbow to Ankle Rotations – 5 each side
Press ups – 10
Squats – 10
Reverse Lunge into Knee – 5 each side
Hand walk out – 5
Jogging – 10 sec
Heel Taps – 10 sec
Forward Back – 10 sec
Jogging/sprint/jogging/high knees/jogging/jumping jacks – 10 sec each one x 2 rounds
Plank – 30 seconds
