    Hi – is there a video or a timed voice file that will give the timings for the exercises, like the 10 seconds, 30 seconds that we’re supposed to be doing each exercise for?

    Hey Rebecca I generally use my watch when doing my own workouts to time, otherwise you can download free interval/ tabata apps. One which would work well is called Seconds Interval Timer HIIT. Hope that helps
