I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Innovation. By using my knowledge here i can give you the right advice on healthy eating.

I have a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and like to make the process as enjoyable as possible. I place heavy emphasise on consistency and like to establish good habits that are not only healthy but sustainable.
I believe that fitness is not a fad but a lifestyle and your body will not change unless you give it a reason to.
Im also very focused on nurtrition and i firmly believe that good habits start at home before you even enter the gym.

I also work as a stunt performer in the film industry so staying fit and healthy is an essential. I have trained all types of people from football teams, boxers, actors and people who want to lose weight or gain strength.
In addition to being a qualified personal trainer, I am also a group fitness instructor, sport-specific coach and a strength and conditioning coach.
I am the Head forwards coach of Ashbourne Rugby Club, as well as being in charge of their fitness program.
My training philosophy includes not only assisting my clients to achieve their fitness goals, but also approaching goals holistically to create healthier lifestyle changes.
I bring a friendly and confidence building dimension to my coaching while getting excellent results.
This lead me to study and complete my BSc in sports and excercise science, I have since turned my attention to strength and conditioning.
I myself played rugby for False Bay RFC in Cape Town and now play for Navan RFC.
I always believe anything is possible with hard work and a bit of grit and i wil go above and beyond to help my clients get the results they aim for - and make sure they have a bit of fun along the way too!
I have over 8 years experience in the Industry and have worked with a range of clients over this time and i love to see people improve their mindset and quality of life through fitness, as it has done so for me. I believe with the right support and self discipline any goal is achievable.
My favourite type of training is strength training, but i believe the best type of training for each person is simply whatever they enjoy, so i try to make my sessions as enjoyable as possible.
