Justin Whittaker

certified personal trainer

I am a certified personal trainer through FIT Principles. I come from Cape Town in South Africa and I specialise in weight loss, conditioning, strength, endurance and functional movement screening assessments. I am also a TRX, kettlebell and weights instructor.

I have been playing rugby since the age of 11 and I am an All-Ireland League medal winner with Navan rugby club (NRFC). I also represented Western Province (Cape Town Province) at under 21 level for 2 years.

I am a qualified personal trainer here at 121 Fitness, where i have been working since 2018.
My mission is to help clients to achieve their goals. With the right mindset and trainer you can do just that.

I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Innovation. By using my knowledge here i can give you the right advice on healthy eating.

Dan Lynagh

Hi my name is Dan and i am a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor here at 121 Fitness. I specialise in muscle building
building and weight loss but also have a background in MMA.
I have a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and like to make the process as enjoyable as possible. I place heavy emphasise on consistency and like to establish good habits that are not only healthy but sustainable.
I believe that fitness is not a fad but a lifestyle and your body will not change unless you give it a reason to.
Im also very focused on nurtrition and i firmly believe that good habits start at home before you even enter the gym.
I look forward to working with you on your fitness journey and building good habits with you.

Andrew Whittaker

personal Trainer, Group fitness instructor, sport-specific coach and a strength and conditioning coach

With 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, I pride myself in being able to tailor personalised training programs for my clients.
In addition to being a qualified personal trainer, I am also a group fitness instructor, sport-specific coach and a strength and conditioning coach.

I am the Head forwards coach of Ashbourne Rugby Club, as well as being in charge of their fitness program.

My training philosophy includes not only assisting my clients to achieve their fitness goals, but also approaching goals holistically to create healthier lifestyle changes.

Athletics Ireland Endurance Running Coach

I am an accredited Athletics Ireland Endurance Running Coach and I am also an Irish Mountain Running Association member. I am a keen club runner and I joined 121 Fitness in 2014 on my own weight loss journey and I understand only too well the weight loss process!
I bring a friendly and confidence building dimension to my coaching while getting excellent results.

Qualified Fitness Instructor

Having worked and studied in the fitness industry for 6 years, I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals through a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Areas of interest include strength and conditioning, weight loss and yoga. I love to help people change their mindset and create positive long term change.
