Can’t make it to in-person classes? No problem. Beat the Bulge Online brings the same proven structure and support to the comfort of your own home.
✤ 3 workouts per week - follow a structured training plan designed for fat loss, strength, and fitness.
✤ Train anytime, anywhere - all workouts are pre-recorded and easy to follow on our app.
✤ Led by our experienced BTB trainers - bringing the energy and coaching style you love.
✤ Minimal equipment - just a set of dumbbells or kettlebells required
✤ Includes an online food diary, a full recipe book, and optional weekly weigh-ins to keep you on.

Personal Training/ Group PT

Personal Training & Group PT
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, our Personal Training services are designed to meet you where you are and help you reach your individual goals - be it weight loss, muscle building, improving fitness, or overall health.
Personal Training (1-to-1)
Work closely with a qualified Personal Trainer who will customise every session to suit your needs and track your progress through regular weight, measurement, and fitness testing.
✤ €30 per session, or book a block of 10 sessions for €270
✤ All fitness levels welcome
Group Personal Training
Prefer to train with others? Group PT is a fun, affordable way to stay motivated and accountable while still receiving personal attention in a small group setting.
✤ €20 per person (2 people)
✤ €15 per person (3 people)
✤ €10 per person (4 or more)
✤ Book via our app or at Reception Train alongside like-minded people or friends and get the benefits of personal coaching with a group energy boost. Every session is tailored to individual levels within the group. Smaller groups. Bigger results. All fitness levels welcome

I'm 52. I've played soccer and done boxing, Judo, kung Fu and trained on different levels through my life. But I must say after doing Beat the Bulge I feel the best I've ever felt in my adult life all only in 8 weeks. Thanks to the team in 121.
