Donal is a CORU registered musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 8 years of experience. Before setting up the clinic in 121 Fitness, Donal ran his own physio practice in Dublin.

Donal treats people from both sporting and non-sporting backgrounds. He recognises that every patient has their own unique story and works closely with them to ensure that they are given a suitable treatment and rehabilitation plan.

Donal is a keen sportsman and takes a great interest in helping people get back to their sport or activity of choice. Donal has also recently completed a mentorship programme with England Rugby physiotherapist David O’Sullivan, enabling him to incorporate rehabilitation principles from elite sport into your treatment plan.
