We are now offering written training programs!

These written programs are ideal if you are currently exercising on your own and you would like add some structure to your workouts. The written programs can be tailored to you and your goals – so whether your main goal is weight loss or competition prep, we have you covered.

There are 2 packages to choose from when choosing a written program. The gold package and the silver package.

The GOLD package:
– An 8 week personalised written program
– x1 PT session in Wk1, Wk4 and Wk8 to keep you on track
– Nutritional advise
– Progress checkin’s

The SILVER package:
– An 8 week personalised written program
– x1 PT session in Wk1
– Nutritional advise
