A reminder that our Summer timetable is launching today!
- You will see that we have brought back Rope Burn on Wednesdays at 10am. This is a high intensity full body workout using battle ropes. It's also a brilliant calorie burner.
- We have also added a Group PT class on Fridays at 7pm. This is an ideal class if your looking to improve your technique with certain exercises while still getting a solid workout in.
